Records live in each browser's local storage, not on a DataForge server. Backups are manual: export your workspace regularly.
DataForge is installed per browser. A new browser or profile, or cleared site data, starts empty and counts toward your limit. Restore from an export to bring records across.

Yes. Both the monthly and annual options are subscriptions that renew until cancelled. There is no free trial, and DataForge is not a one-time purchase or perpetual ownership.
The license funds continued maintenance of the product.
Each license allows up to 5 or 15 browser installations. The limit counts browsers, not people, and license slots do not sync your data between them.
Clearing cookies or site data can remove the saved installation ID and the local workspace, so that browser may count as a new installation. Export backups regularly.
Use Manage subscription in Business settings of your activated workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Refund terms are on the legal page.
